LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
It covers Installation of Hardscaping when purchased from and installed by Bellafiore Landscape, Inc.

HOW LONG DOES THIS COVERAGE LAST AND WHEN IS IT IN EFFECT?
It lasts for two years from the job completion date. This date should be stated on your invoice.

WHAT WILL BELLAFIORE LANDSCAPE, INC. DO?
Bellafiore Landscape, Inc. will repair any installation issue found defective within the terms and conditions of this warranty.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not include negligence on part of owner.
This warranty does not cover transportation, additional labor beyond repair of damaged area, and other consequential and incidental costs or damages.
This warranty does not include coverage of the following: damage or loss caused by fires, floods, freezing rains, lightning, storms or winds over 75 miles per hour; natural disasters; or acts of vandalism.

WHAT ADDITIONAL COVERAGES APPLY?
Upon completion of Hardscaping, it is the owner's responsibilty to complete and send in form from EP Henry catalog to EP Henry for a LIFETIME warranty on paver material.

WHAT ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS APPLY?
Liability is limited to the replacement or repair with same or similar material.
This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement.
This warranty is subject to payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of sale and account being current.
Original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase at time claim is made.

HOW WILL YOUR CLAIM BE HANDLED?
Customer must contact Bellafiore Landscape, Inc. within one year of date on original invoice (completion of job).
Customer must fax copy of invoice to company as proof, prior to us revisiting the job site.
