One Year Landscape Plant LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
It covers landscape plants when purchased from and installed by Bellafiore Landscape, Inc.
When invoice states that Plant & Guarantee has been included in price of plants.

HOW LONG DOES THIS COVERAGE LAST AND WHEN IS IT IN EFFECT?
It lasts for one year from the job completion date. This date should be stated on your invoice.

WHAT WILL BELLAFIORE LANDSCAPE, INC. DO?
Bellafiore Landscape, Inc. will replace, free of charge, any landscape plant found defective within the terms and conditions of this warranty.
 
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not cover plants that do not survive due to failure to provide normally accepted horticultural planting care and maintenance.
This warranty does not include negligence on part of owner, including but not limited to lack of water or irrigation.
Transportation, labor, and other consequential and incidental costs or damages.
This warranty does not include coverage of the following: damage or loss of trees, plants or ground covers caused by fires, floods, freezing rains, lightning, storms or winds over 75 miles per hour; winter kill caused by extreme cold and severe winter conditions not typical of planting area; natural disasters; or acts of vandalism.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by deer rubbing or eating. It is the responsibility of the owner to protect plants from the possible damage of animals.

WHAT ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS APPLY?
Liability is limited to the replacement of plants with same or comparable plant or with plants of equivalent value.
This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement.
This warranty is subject to payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of sale and account being current.
Original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase at time claim is made.

HOW WILL YOUR CLAIM BE HANDLED?
Customer must contact Bellafiore Landscape, Inc. within one year of date on original invoice (completion of job).
Customer must fax copy of invoice to company as proof, prior to us revisiting the job site.
